— The Opening —
You have tried everything.
One more promotion.
One more trip.
One more handbag.
One more dinner.
One more night in a hotel room with the door locked and the silence finally yours.
Marriott points.
A good bottle of wine.
One more online order you don’t remember placing.
One more package on the doorstep that didn’t fix anything.
One more supplement. One more program. One more thing that was supposed to be the thing.
Meal kits. Grocery delivery. Paying someone else to do the things that used to make you feel human.
One more vacation you took to feel something — and came home just as empty.
One more Sunday night dreading Monday morning.
One more night on your side of the bed feeling completely alone.
One more conversation where you said what you thought he wanted to hear.
One more year being who you were supposed to be instead of who you are.
One more morning you got up and put the armor back on.
One more fantasy about quitting everything and starting over somewhere no one knows your name.
You have been collecting silver linings like they are going to add up to something.
They haven’t.
Because the problem isn’t that you don’t have enough good things.
The problem is that you are outrunning a truth you are terrified to face.
And your body is keeping score.

— She Recognizes Herself —
You know this list.
Waking up feeling hungover and you didn’t drink.
Your jaw clenched so tight you cracked a tooth.
Running on fumes. Going through the motions. Tired but wired.
Anxiety humming the background vocals. All day. Every day.
Crying in your car before you go inside.
Crying. And not knowing why.
Fantasizing about getting sick just to get a break.
Feeling like a stranger in your own life.
The books. Half a dozen on your nightstand. Maybe more.
The therapists. The apps. The protocols.
Optimized. Biohacked. Outsourced.
And still woke up at 3am wondering what was wrong with you.
You know it.
You have known it for a long time.

— Jenn’s Story —
I know because I lived it.
In 2024 I was still in my corporate job. I went to my kitchen to grab lunch.
Five minutes. That’s all I had.
My husband walked in and asked me a simple question.
I don’t remember what he asked.
I stood in that kitchen for two hours and fell completely apart.
Everything I had been swallowing — every impossible demand, every expectation,
every moment of pretending I was fine — came pouring out. Ugly. Loud. All of it.
And I finally said out loud what I had known for years:
If I don’t stop, I am going to die.
Not as a fear. As a fact.
It was decades of knowing and staying anyway.
Knowing two years into my first marriage that something was wrong — and staying twelve more years.
Knowing in 2017 that my life was out of alignment — and staying eight more years.
Every time I stayed — at the expense of my health, my truth, my life —
because I didn’t trust myself enough to stop.

— The Gas Station —
Here is what nobody tells you about stopping.
When I finally left my first marriage I had $67 in my checking account.
Three daughters in the backseat.
An empty fridge. An empty gas tank. Two days to payday.
I sat at that gas station and thought —
I am completely on my own.
And I was terrified.
And I was also, for the first time in years, free.
I didn’t die at that gas station.
I built something from it.
The voice inside you is telling you something.
The risk of listening is survivable.
The risk of not listening is not.
What This Masterclass Is
This isn’t a lecture. It’s an experience.

In 90 minutes, you will go somewhere most programs never take you.
In this room, you will:
Name the real cost of staying — in your own words, on paper — not the managed version.
Find the part of you that knew before the world taught her to want less.
Write the life you keep almost living — without rules, without apology.
Meet your 80-year-old self. She has one thing she needs to say to you.
Leave with the first honest breath you've taken in longer than you can remember.
You will write. You will breathe. You will go inward in ways you have been avoiding.
You will leave with something real.

This Is For You If
You are successful on the outside and exhausted on the inside.
You have been the responsible one for so long you’ve lost track of what you actually want.
You keep almost making the change — and pulling back.
You feel something is wrong but can’t name it.
You are done living a life that looks right and feels wrong.
You are done pretending you don’t matter.
You know it. And you are ready to stop outrunning it.
About Jenn

I am a writer, guide, and the founder of In Truth — a platform for women ready to stop outrunning their own lives.
I have spent nearly four decades studying the body, the nervous system, and what it takes to come back to yourself.
I spent decades succeeding in systems that were slowly costing me everything.
A 20+ year corporate career. A fourteen-year marriage.
Both of them built on the outside looking exactly right.
Both of them costing me myself.
I know what it feels like to ignore the voice.
I know what it costs to stay too long.
I know what it feels like to finally stop running.
I am not here to give you a formula.
I am here to sit with you in the truth of where you are —
and show you what is possible on the other side of it.

— The Close —
And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud
was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.
— Anaïs Nin
You have been that bud.
Tight. Closed. Holding everything in.
Staying closed has its own cost.
The bud that never opens doesn’t survive either.
You have one precious life.
One.
The door is open.
